Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Banana Holdings(“Mintmade,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Mintmade (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your email address, name, profile image, and a provider account identifier. We never receive or store your Google/Microsoft password.
• Content you create. The topics, briefs, and answers you submit to generate a deck; the decks we generate for you; and any brand-kit colors, fonts, or images you add. Decks are saved to your account when you first download them, so you can find them on your dashboard.
• Usage information. Counts of how many decks you export and AI images you generate each month (to enforce plan limits), plus basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by our processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number; Stripe processes payments and shares limited information (such as your subscription status) with us.
• Information kept only in your browser.Your brand kit and, if you connect Figma, your Figma access token are stored in your browser’s local storage and are not sent to our servers.

How we use your information

• To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• To generate decks and images from the inputs you provide.
• To enforce plan limits and process your subscription.
• To authenticate you and protect your account.
• To respond to support requests and send service-related messages.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services and AI processing

To provide the Service we share information with the following processors, each only as needed to perform their function:

• Google and Microsoft: account sign-in.
• Anthropic: receives the topic and brief you submit in order to generate your outline and slides.
• OpenAI: receives your image prompt in order to generate AI images.
• Stripe: payments and subscription management.
• Supabase: database hosting, where your account and saved decks are stored.
• Vercel: runs the application.

When you generate a deck or image, the text you provide is sent to Anthropic and/or OpenAI to produce the result. Please do not include confidential information you would not want processed by these providers. See their privacy policies: Anthropic, OpenAI, Stripe, Supabase, Google, and Microsoft.

Cookies and local storage

We use a secure, httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived cookie during sign-in to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. As noted above, your brand kit and Figma token are stored only in your browser’s local storage.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and decks until you delete them or close your account. You can delete any deck from your dashboard at any time, which removes it from our database. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at adrian@banana-holdings.com. Content already sent to AI providers is subject to their retention policies, and Stripe retains billing records as required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA or UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at adrian@banana-holdings.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Security

We use measures such as encrypted connections, signed session tokens, and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

International users

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by the processors listed above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
